**Returns:**

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition & unused.

**To initiate a return:**

2. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
3. Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending your items back.

**Shipping Costs:**

- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

**Refunds:**

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

**Exchanges:**

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team. We will guide you through the process of returning your original item and placing a new order.

**Non-Returnable Items:**

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Items marked as final sale
